About the role
Are you a people-oriented professional with a passion for client relationships and project coordination? Join our team at Space Interior Solutions Limited an interior design and build company with offices in Hong Kong, PRC and Australia. We’re looking for an Account Service Manager to bridge the gap between our clients and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and project success.
What you'll be doing
Client Consultation:
- Meet with clients to understand their design and renovation needs, offering guidance and solutions tailored to their vision.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Project Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the design and build process.
- Communicate project details, timelines, and client expectations clearly to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Problem-Solving:
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth collaboration and project delivery.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design, project management, and construction teams to ensure client requirements are met.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Design or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams.
