職責:
- 負責外勤工作
- 接待處款客
- 準備茶水、水果及客人款待等工作
- 保持會議室及茶水間整潔
- 履行上司所委派的其他工作
- 處理一般公室雜務
入職要求:
- 小學程度
- 兩年或以上相關經驗
- 態度誠實有禮,勤奮主動,有責任感
- 能夠獨立工作
- 5天工作,上班時間 8:45am–6:15pm
- 工作地點 : 灣仔
Responsibilities
- Handle outdoor duties
- Reception area duties
- Greet and serve visitors and guests
- Clean the meeting room and pantry
- Support office administration duties
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Primary school or above
- With 2 years or above related working experience
- Polite, hardworking and responsible
- Able to work independent
- Mon to Fri: 8:45am-6:15pm
- Working location: Wan Chai
