職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the office admin team including Receptionist, Office Assistant, Drivers, and ensure smooth daily operations of the office;
  • Oversee the full spectrum of office administration functions including daily office administrative operations, office renovation, procurement, facilities management, corporate insurance management, vehicle management, equipment maintenance and contract renewal etc.;
  • Review, formulate and implement administration policies and procedures;
  • Monitor group record management system;
  • Prepare management reports, business correspondence and presentation materials;
  • Assist in organizing both internal and external events;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties and manage ad-hoc assignment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in sizable corporation;
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Excellent communication and supervisory skills;
  • Able to work and communicate with all levels of people;
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as Administrative Officer.
