Accounting Officer / Assistant Manager

職位描述

Responsibilities

- Execute daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, voucher preparation, check payments, payment verification and data entry.

- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain the end-of-period schedule.

- Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.

- Preparing monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.

- Handle other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.

- 5-7 year of relevant work experience

- Experience with Oracle or SAP systems is preferred.

- Proficient in using various functions of Excel, skilled in PowerPoint presentations, and competent in Word document writing.

- Strong team collaboration and communication skills and proficiency in spoken Mandarin.

- Familiarity with mainland China writing formats is a plus.

- Immediate availability is preferred.

- Hong Kong permanent resident only
