Job Responsibilities

• Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of technology projects, from initiation to closure, by creating detailed plans, setting milestones, and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with organizational goals.

• AI Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, applications, and solutions based on internal needs.

• Cloud Deployment: Design and deploy a robust hybrid cloud infrastructure

• Cyber Security: Oversee and evaluate security assessment of the adequacy of internal control systems

• Risk and Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks related to technology adoption, including technical, operational, and regulatory challenges. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, and data protection regulations.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, providing clear communication on project objectives, progress, and challenges. Present insights and recommendations to leadership, foster team collaboration, and mentor junior staff to promote innovation and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in project management, consulting, and particularly in emerging technology or innovation projects.
• Relevant certifications e.g., PMP, CISA, CISM, CISSP or emerging technologies is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, RAG development or cybersecurity projects is desirable.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, decentralized systems, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
