Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Savills Projects (Hong Kong SAR)

We are currently seeking dynamic Project Managers / Senior Project Managers to join our Hong Kong team to work on exciting projects across Hong Kong and APAC for global clients. Successful applicants will be empowered to work with autonomy within a passionate and motivated team.

Role Description:

Key Responsibilities (Scope Adjusted to Experience Level)

-Project Delivery & Coordination 

Support or lead the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

-Client & Stakeholder Engagement 

Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.

Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.

-Programme & Cost Management 

Monitor project progress and assist in managing programme risks and budget control.

Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors on cost planning, procurement, and financial reporting.

-Quality, Compliance & Risk Oversight 

Conduct site inspections and assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and company standards.

Support risk identification and mitigation strategies, including health & safety protocols.

-Procurement & Contract Administration 

Assist or lead tendering processes, including documentation, evaluation, and contract award.

Support contract administration and change management procedures.

-Reporting & Governance 

Prepare project reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to Savills’ project management frameworks and best practices.

-Team & Operational Support 

• Support Project Directors and Company Directors in operational tasks and business development initiatives. 
   

Qualifications & Experience: 

Senior Project Manager: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in project management within the construction consultancy or client-side environment.

Project Manager: Minimum 3-5 years of experience with proven delivery of fast-paced or complex projects.

Experienced Assistant Project Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience with exposure to full project lifecycle and client-facing responsibilities.

Understanding of Hong Kong’s building regulations, procurement practices, and construction methodologies.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Degree or Diploma holder in building and construction management, building engineering, architecture, or project management or equivalent

Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Projects, PROCORE.

Experience in the corporate, retail, hospitality, or industrial sectors is a plus

Process, output and delivery focused - results driven.

LEED/ BEAM /WELL AP/ PMP would be a benefit.

Proficient in Cantonese and English.

Hong Kong Permanent Resident preferred.
