Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Purchaser

• Analyse project revenues and direct/indirect costs against forecasts on an on-going basis
• Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in payment management and agreement of sub-contract interim
• Review documentations and identify value variations, subcontract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities
• Highlight deviations from plan to supervisor for subsequent action planning and corrective action
• Analyse and evaluate contract documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and schedules of rates, to determine the contract sum and identify any potential risks or opportunities for cost savings
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, measurement and collation of record
• Provide accurate inputs for preparation of monthly progress claims to the client
• Cashflow management, contract valuation and regular financial reporting
• Change management with client for time and cost recovery

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• NEC experience is preferable
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
