Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding

Handle full employee lifecycle: onboarding, training, engagement, and offboarding

Build and maintain a close relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration

Recommend and implement employee engagement and charity activities;
-
Provide administrative support related to training and development;

Support the implementation of new HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
-
University graduate in Business Administration with major in Human Resources Management is preferred
-
1 year working experience and have basic Employment Ordinance knowledge will be preferred;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Detail minded and with good interpersonal skills;

Self-motivated and a team-player.
