Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive to join our team at SBS International Development Limited. This full-time role will be based in our office in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying strategic opportunities to expand our customer base.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities in oversea markets.
• Closely monitor market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain excellent relationships with potential and existing clients, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or new business.
• Thoroughly understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives, and align the company's products or services to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and effectively handle client inquiries, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide insightful report to the management team on your sales activities, pipeline status, key metrics, and market insights.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

• University degree in a relevant field, preferably in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in garment or garment accessories industry is preferred;
• Excellent career track record and achievement in exceeding sales goals;
• Aggressive, hard-working and result oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
