📍 Location: Wan Chai | 🧾 Full-time | 💼 3+ Years’ Experience
SA Project a fit-out main contracting company working on commercial offices, academic institutions and clinic interiors and we’re growing fast! We’re now looking for an Accounting & Admin Officer who’s organized, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of daily operations.
If you’re someone who enjoys both numbers and keeping the office running smoothly (and don’t mind helping the boss schedule meetings 😄), we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Handle accounts payable: invoice checking, payment prep, vendor follow-up
- Support daily accounting routines (bookkeeping, filing, expense tracking)
- Take care of general office operations – supplies, documents, repairs
- Assist our Director in arranging meetings and keeping things on schedule
Be the go-to person for admin tasks across departments
What We’re Looking For
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting / Business Admin (or related)
- 3 years’ experience in accounting and admin experience in fit-out/construction is a bonus
- Basic IT knowledge e.g. using Excel, online tools, and troubleshooting office tech is a big plus!
- A team player who’s detail-minded, organized, and can work independently
- Good spoken & written Cantonese and English
- Immediate availability is a bonus
