Job Description

·         Storage facilities management, maintenance and renovation upgrades

·         Develop and implement ISO standards for facilities management, maintenance and operations

·         Work with senior team to manage and oversee facilities quality assurance

·         Formulate strategies and policies to enhance facilities quality and operational efficiency

·         Opportunity for career advancement to management roles

What we look for

We do not overstress academic qualifications but highly value people with a true passion to learn, create and make things happen. We look for a responsible and organized team player with preferably:

·         1-3 years hospitality/warehousing operations or construction project coordination experience

·         Strong time management and problem-solving skills

·         Passion for clear plans, tidy records and clean things

·         Good communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English

·         Knowledge in simple word-processing and planning software

·         Self storage industry experience a plus
