RGP is currently seeking passionate and seasonedProduct Commercialization Director who is responsible for turning innovative research projects into market-ready products or solutions with scalable business models. He or She should also be innovative, results-driven, and people-oriented to help our clients solve business problems and drive growth.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for research-derived products (e.g., ecotextiles, IoT-enabled apparel).

• Define customer segments, pricing models, and distribution channels (B2B/B2C) for Asian and global markets.

• Forge industry partnerships (brands, manufacturers) for co-development, licensing, or joint ventures.

• Lead market analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial forecasting to drive revenue growth.

• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to align product features with market needs.

You know that you can do the job if you have…

• 10+ years in product commercialization, business development, or product marketing in textiles, apparel, or consumer tech.

• Success in launching products, achieving market penetration, and revenue targets (e.g., sustainable goods).

• Expertise in business modeling, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation (licensing/IP).

• Strong network in Asia’s textile/apparel/retail sectors; knowledge of circular economy trends.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
