Site Foreman(ABWF)

Job Responsibilities :

Assistant to Site Agent/General Foreman to monitoring site work progress and quality of works

Supervise workers and direct labours

Monitor the performance of sub-contractor

To carry out inspection with RE / COW

Well-organized, hardworking, independent

To prepare the site document including daily report and site memo；

Monitoring sub-contractor‘s performance

Job Requirements :

Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies / Civil Engineering,  or equivalent

TCP T1 or above is a must

At least 5 years’ relevant site experiences in building construction and with 3 years or more

holding the position as Foreman or above

Conversant with corporate fitting-out nature / surveying, A&A works are highly preferred

Holder of 43 hours Safety Supervisor Certificate is a plus

Good commands on English/Chinese/Mandarin

Willing to go to ShenZhen office occasionally

Candidates with less experience will be considered
