We offerings include robotics, high-density storage systems, and software platforms designed to enhance efficiency in various sectors such as warehouses, libraries, and hospitals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and perform the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of warehouse automation equipment and AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots).
• Conduct equipment inspections at manufacturers (primarily in Mainland China).
• Prepare and evaluate work hours, installation quotations, and technical proposals.
• Handle project documentation, work progress tracking, and reporting across multiple project sites.
• Collaborate closely with the software development team to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software solutions.
• Support project procurement, including sourcing engineering components and materials.
• Provide on-site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving during project execution.
• Assist in project bidding, tender preparation, and preparation of technical drawings.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD (advanced proficiency is an advantage).
• Knowledge of basic networking and ability to troubleshoot common network issues.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese; basic English is required, proficiency in English is an advantage (especially for tender/bidding).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Relevant experience in electromechanical engineering, project management, or automation solution design is preferred.
• Prior exposure to warehouse automation, robotics, or warehousing operations will be a strong advantage.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to accept challenges and work in a dynamic project-based environment.
