We are looking for a motivated and ambitious professional to join our dynamic team to hunt for new business and lead complex projects for top Beauty and FMCG brands.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development (The Hunter)

• Identify & Pitch: Prospect for new clients and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts in the Beauty and FMCG sectors.

• Consultative Selling: Consult with clients on comprehensive solutions that use our cutting-edge AI-driven analytics and engaging content creation.

• Revenue Growth: Build a robust sales pipeline to consistently hit and exceed targets.

2. Project Management

• Internal Liaison: Work across our creative, tech, and event teams to ensure every project is delivered on time and above expectations.

Who You Are

• The Closer: A self-starter who loves the thrill of winning new accounts and building long-term partnerships.

• The Orchestrator: Highly organized and able to manage multiple complex campaigns at once.

• The Tech-Adopter: Enthusiastic about AI, social media trends, and data-backed marketing.

• Experienced: At least 3 years working experience with proven track record in Sales or Account Management, ideally within digital media or agencies.
