Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for communicating with overseas clients to understand product requirements and ensure accurate order details.
Liaise with customers and own factory on various stages of samples development, orders processing to shipments
Monitor production progress, quality control ensures timely delivery of orders.
At least 5 years work experience candidates with experience Product, packaging & Instruction manual artwork approval are preferred.
Support the team on orders management & administrative work
Job Requirements:
Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Proficiency in written and spoken English is required; familiarity with PC applications MS Word, Excel and ERP systems is essential.
Good communication & negotiation skill
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
