Responsibilities:

• Present detailed information about Hong Kong medical services and high-end insurance plans to clients from Mainland China.
• Engage in discussions to understand clients' health needs and tailor personalized health check-up and insurance plans.
• Facilitate the client experience from selecting a medical plan to completing their medical services in Hong Kong.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Mainland China and its healthcare market.
• Understanding of cultural nuances and background in China is preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin, with strong communication skills.
• Welcome candidates with full working rights for Hong Kong.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Proactive in driving tasks and achieving results.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
