Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Comprehensive Client Development & Needs Identification: Cover all client types, accurately identify core pain points of different clients, establish and dynamically update client needs profiles.

2 .Full-Scenario Service Solution Design & Implementation: Integrate full-chain supply chain resources to design one-stop solutions for clients; promote core warehouse services to cross-border clients with customized packages; track solution execution progress and resolve implementation issues.

3. Sales Target & Performance Achievement: Develop sales plans, manage full lifecycle of client orders, ensure timely settlement of service fees, and improve repurchase rates and per-client value.

4. Module Resource Integration & Maintenance: Maintain cooperative relationships with upstream and downstream supply chain resources; closely communicate with warehouse operations teams and local logistics providers to optimize warehouse services.

5. Value-Added Service Promotion & Client Relationship Deepening: Promote value-added services to enhance client loyalty and comprehensive revenue; conduct regular client visits to establish a closed loop of needs-solutions-feedback-optimization.

6. Market Insight & Risk Response: Monitor industry trends, cross-border trade policies, and local regulations; develop proactive response plans for risks across the supply chain and localized warehouse operations.



Qualifications:

1. College degree or above; preference for Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Marketing, Cross-border E-commerce, or related fields.

2. 3-5 years of sales experience; preference for candidates with supply chain sales, logistics sales, cross-border e-commerce sales, or overseas warehouse sales/operations experience.

3. Resource integration and solution design capabilities; Client needs identification and negotiation skills;

Cross-scenario communication and coordination abilities; Policy and risk sensitivity; Proficiency in relevant office software and systems."

4. Mastery of the complete sales process, including client development, needs identification, solution presentation, business negotiation, contract signing, and execution.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, service orientation, and teamwork spirit; Passion for the supply chain and cross-border e-commerce industries; Ability to work under pressure.
