Job description
- Manage the centre to achieve objectives and targets in terms of teaching quality, service standards and retention rate;
- Oversee the centre performance and operation
- Perform administration and managerial duties
- Foster good customer relationship to maintain the sustainable growth of student numbers
- Understand the current education trends and systems;
Requirement
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in education/customer services/management role;
- Experience in managing an education centre or class teaching will be an advantage;
- Proactive, number sensitive, communicative and independent;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Centre Supervisor.
