What We Are Looking for:

To lead the online business, digital marketing and e-Shop development for the company.  Besides, the candidate is responsible for planning and execution of various marketing activities (both online & offline) in order to attain the goals set by the company.

What You Will Own & How You Will Make A Difference:

• Direct and lead the digital marketing campaigns, website and e-commerce (D2C & 3P) business.
• Analyse online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and customer segments so as to develop effective strategies and action plans.
• Provide SEM/ SEO strategy and eDM or A/B testing to drive online sales by increasing website traffic and optimizing site conversion.
• Manage and monitor KPIs including annual, monthly or weekly performance targets, traffic targets, and conversion rate targets.
• Implement media strategies via multiple online and offline platforms; monitor advertising metrics to optimize campaign performance.
• Build and maintain good relationship with media and business partners.
• Lead all CRM projects and loyalty programs, data analysis and insights.

Who You Are:

• Relevant degree holder.
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in e-commerce & digital marketing.
• Digital savvy, proficient in data analytics and customer metrics measurement.
• Multi-tasking and good time management, able to work under pressure.
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fast paced, proactive and result oriented; excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with kitchenware / household industry is a plus.
