RESPONSIBILITIES

• Invite and inform customer for the event details

• Update the record in the system correctly

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year experience in any segment of customer service

• Customer-oriented with good communication skills is essential

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and good command in Mandarin is a plus

• Good PC knowledge and Chinese word processing preferable

• Immediately available is highly preferred

• 3-5 working days per week
