Contracts Manager/ Senior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for experienced Contracts Managers/ Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our dynamic teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while making significant professional contributions to both yourself and our company.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall management of contractual and commercial issues for construction projects
• Effective management of claims, risks and opportunities
• Provide contractual, financial, and commercial advice to the project teams
• Preparation/ pursuance of claims and effective management of risks and opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid QS experience with qualified membership in HKIS, RICS or AIQS
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Solid work experience in sizeable projects is an advantage
• Experience or background with NEC is an advantage
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work independently
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Contracts Manager, while those with less experience will be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor
