Business Analyst – Business Intelligence (AI-Driven eCommerce Projects)

Overview

Join our high-impact eCommerce team as a Business Analyst – Business Intelligence, where you’ll turn raw data into AI-powered decisions that drive revenue, efficiency, and innovation. This is a hands-on role requiring advanced Python to build, deploy, and scale AI solutions that automate operations, predict demand, and deliver real-time insights.

Responsibilities

• Data Management:

  • Extract and integrate data from D365, retailer portals, 3PL platforms, and web scraping services using SQL and Python
  • Design and maintain scalable data models, mappings, and enterprise-wide data glossaries to ensure consistency, auditability, and self-service access

• Power BI Dashboard Excellence:

  • Own and enhance a portfolio of 20+ enterprise Power BI dashboards (4–5 pages each), embedding predictive analytics, and real-time metrics
  • Partner with internal teams to evolve dashboards into prescriptive decision engines

• Develop AI-Driven Solutions:

  Design and implement AI and machine learning solutions, with a focus on Python-based development, to automate operational processes, data collection and enable instant decision-making across eCommerce operations

• Champion AI Adoption and Stay Ahead of AI Trends:

  • Drive the adoption of AI tools, including large language models, generative AI, and automated machine learning platforms, to enhance data collection, streamline reporting, and transform raw data into actionable business intelligence
  • Proactively research and experiment with the latest advancements in AI, data analytics, and eCommerce technologies to innovate workflows and enhance operational capabilities

Requirements

• Education:Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business or a related field

• Experience:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Power BI development and Dynamics 365 Process Flows
  • Proficiency in SQL for database management and querying
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem (Azure ML, Databricks)
  • Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade ML pipelines in Python is a plus

• Other Technical Skills:

  • Practical experience in AI model development and deployment, including large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and RAG architectures
  • Other AI and Robotic platforms are a plus, such as n8n, UI path, fire crawl (or other web scrapping tools)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights

• Communication & Collaboration:

  • Ability to translate complex AI-driven insights into clear, business-friendly terms for stakeholders
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
