CREATIVE DESIGNER/ MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER | 繪圖員 [FL-09-04]

Responsibilities:

• Develop and create digital creatives for various platforms to promote beauty products/treatments to end consumers.
• Support marketing and sales promotions with creative representations of different offers, such as free gifts, discounts, combination deals, and more.
• Create and design graphics, videos, illustrations, animations, and other multimedia content for various channels, including the web, social media, email, and advertising.
• Ensure that all multimedia content adheres to our brand guidelines and effectively conveys our brand voice and tone.
• Continuously optimize and enhance multimedia content based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with multimedia design trends and best practices to consistently improve design skills and strategies.
• Assist with filming, photography,live streaming, and manage post-editing tasks and production.
• Support any ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative design, multimedia design, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Background in the beauty industry, digital marketing, or a social media agency is highly preferable.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, AI, Premiere, or other video shooting and editing tools is a must.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketers and copywriters.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication of ideas and collaboration with team members.
• Hard-working, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
