Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and eager Trainee to join our team, with the goal of developing well-rounded expertise across our Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various departments and projects, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to the full product lifecycle, however you will be assigned to work in one specific function (Supply chain, Quality or Sourcing)

Job Description:

• Assist the Sourcing team in researching new suppliers, evaluating bids and negotiation preparation
• Support the Supply Chain team in demand planning, inventory management and logistics coordination
• Work with Quality on delivering better and more secure products to our customers through various product assessments and manufacturing improvement
• While trainees will have an opportunity to learn about different Offer & Sourcing function, their Assignment will be to specific function.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with team members to identify process improvements
• Analyze data, generate reports and present findings to leadership
• Contribute ideas and solutions to help drive innovation and efficiency
• Undergo training programs and shadowing opportunities to expand your skillset
• Demonstrate a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset

Requirement:

Work Experience: Fresher or 0-2 years of internship experience

Skill:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
• Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Education: Bachelor's degree holder in any discipline

Language: Fluent spoken English and Cantonese
