Retail Operation Officer

RICCINI is a fast growing and well established Retailing company in Hong Kong. We are now looking for high caliber to join our Hong Kong retail team for the following vacancy:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Retail team to deliver the effective store operations service;
• Provide daily operations support to all shops, including stock inventory control, customer service enquiry, manpower planning, periodic stock take and any other ad hoc project;
• Preparing and analyzing retail reports;
• Conducting and Supervising frontline staffs if needed;
• Coordinating corporate sales and administration activities;
• Handle customer relations and complaints
• Support on special projects of retail team
• Plan, create, and publish content for various social media platforms

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in retail operations or relevant industry;
• Solid experience in fashion retail operations support is preferred
• Responsible, independent, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
• Energetic, Self-motived and team player
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using MS Office & Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
