Business Development Director

Responsibilities :

• Develop a new business department on sound system (car & stage) ;
• Explore business opportunities on sound system covering both HK and China markets ;
• Develop supplier chain of sound systems, in PRC and North Asia countries ;
• Managing the new department independently, in setting relevant KPI, cost analysis and profitability planning ;
• Set up a new team expanding business into Great Bay zone, and Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone

Requirements :

• University degree or above ;
• Over 10 years senior business experience, including PRC; preferably with over 5 years’experience in sound systems or related field ;
• Able to manage business independently in strategic thinking mode ; Candidate must show strong communication skills in PRC various departments as well as international clientele;
• Fluency in Mandarin is a must
