Senior Designer

Job Highlights:

·        Minimum 4-6 years experience in exhibition, event or interior design

·        Proficient in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator)

·        Skillful drawing and rendering techniques, hand drafting preferred

Responsibilities:

·        Imagine, conceive, and design large-scale decoration projects for shopping malls, exhibitions, pop-up stores, events, and public areas

·        Consider technical and practical constraints like space, security, electricity, budget, and construction methods

·        Develop and present design concepts including sketches, renderings, 3D models, and technical drawings

·        Independently complete design and layout of décor areas aligned with client needs and branding

·        Collaborate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design deliverables are accurate and feasible

·        Manage the full design process from concept through modification to final layout and installation supervision when needed

·        Maintain knowledge of materials, construction standards, latest trends, and technologies in the field

·        Work methodically under pressure, anticipating challenges and organizing tasks efficiently

·        Exhibit strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently

Requirements:

·        Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Exhibition, Graphic, or Interior Design

·        4 to 6 years relevant experience, with strong experience in festival/public decorating preferred

·        Expertise in graphic and 2D/3D design software and hand drafting skills

·        Creative flair with excellent artistic foundation and interpretation skills

·        Detail-oriented, resourceful, flexible, and innovative mindset

·        Good team player with strong initiative and communication

·        Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
