Creative Project Manager, IP Licensing Product

Responsibilities

• To lead through the licensing approval process from working with designers to curate popular IP merchandises to license approval
• Responsible for overall IP licensing products’ development cycle
• Provide creative direction to product development
• Work closely with the designers, productions, and licensing team to develop products that met commercial requirements, market demands and brand standards
• Establish product strategies to optimize product performance and SKU efficiency
• Responsible for creating project timelines, monitoring design progress, and ensuring tasks completion on time
• Provide market data analysis to identify market and product trends insight to drive growth

• Work closely with creative team on marketing ideas that can drive IP awareness and merchandize sales growth
   

Qualifications

• Highly passionate and familiar with popular anime IP across Mainland, Japan and other major IP’s markets
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in IP licensing product development
• Product design experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Able to lead and influence different stakeholders and teams
• Creative mindset and understand the current IP product trends
• Excellence organizing skill and able to meet deadline in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneur spirit with highly motivated and to-do attitude
• Able to challenge the status quo to drive innovative ideas
• Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
