Well-established company invites applicants for the following vacancy :-

Marketing Assistant / Clerk

Responsibilities:

• follow up production status from order confirmation until completion of shipment
• assist marketing team and coordinate with factory for order processing
• arrange express delivery
• provide ad hoc support

Requirements:

• HKCEE / DSE graduate or above with passes in Chinese and English
• 2 years relevant working experience in manufacturing and trading company is preferable
• Good command of spoken and written English and basic Mandarin
• Good communication skill
• Hands-on computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, mature, detail-oriented and pleasant personality
