職責：

• 監控、協調和報告工作進度並管理地盤工作人員，包括人手安排，以確保工作質量。
• 協助監督在地盤工作的技術人員、工人和承包商。
• 安排工人作息，妥善處理地盤日常運作。
• 對項目工程進行例行檢查，並檢查是否符合已審批的圖紙、規格和合同要求，以確保工作程序、工作時間表和質量控制處於正確軌道上。
• 全面協助地盤有關工作，例如材料處理和現場協調。積極與材料倉庫部門溝通，確保材料分配訂單和裝卸至工地的時間表與現場進度一致，並在緊急情況下提供即時應急解決方案。
• 確保地盤安全措施符合標準並督促地盤人員安全作業。
• 解決現場問題並及時向公司滙報。
• 支援經理分配的任何臨時職務。

要求：

• 5年或以上建築地盤項目相關經驗
• 良好溝通能力及具備責任心
• 懂看簡單工程圖紙
• 持有效建造業工人註冊証及平安咭
• 有幕墙、佛沙及鋁窗裝嵌項目相關工程經驗者優先
• 持有安全督導員資格者優先
• 持有TCP T1 資格優先
• 持有輕型貨車牌優先
