Job Highlights:
· Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
· Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
· Coordinate logistics such as meeting room bookings, courier services, and office supplies.
· Support company events and assist with occasional outdoor tasks
· Collaborate with team members and provide backup coverage when needed
· Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· HKCEE / HKDSE qualification or above
· At least 3 years of relevant experience
· Presentable, professional appearance with a courteous and mature demeanor
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Fluent in English & Cantonese, Putonghua is a plus
· Proficient in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel & Outlook
· Able to work independently and under pressure
