Responsibilities
- Handle general office and administration tasks such as procurement of office supplies, data entry and updating, filing, maintenance of office equipment etc
- To perform sales and customer services communication and follow up work with different stakeholders
- To perform general reception duties including answering telephone calls, greeting guests, handling mails, parcels and couriers
- Assist in sorting, scanning and photocopying documentations
- Perform adhoc duties as assigned by superiors
Requirements
- HKDSE or above
- Preferably minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (*Fresh graduates will also be considered)
- A good team player and familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Independent, responsible, detail-minded with good efficiency and well organized
- Responsible, patient and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in English and Putonghua
- Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
- Part-time may also be considered, please state clearly the working schedule when you apply for the role
