條件︰
- 小六程度或以上
- 必需持有認可電工A牌
- 持水喉匠牌照／具水電維修工作經驗者優先
- 具有最少兩年相關操作冷氣／機電／屋宇裝備工作經驗
職責︰
- 負責一般水電、泥水、木工維修及院舍設施保養工作
- 監控及滙報承包商服務及運作進度，協調維修相關工作及確保其工作符合協會之指引
- 願意在非辦公時間處理緊急維修工作及按指示盡快並妥善地跟進突發事件
- 積極跟進上級安排的工作及编寫相關報告
- 維持工作地方的環境安全
- 工作6天、星期日及公眾假期休假、每週工作45小時 （不包括用餐膳時間）
(殘疾人士院舍工作，需依從防感染控制要求及顧及殘疾院友特殊需要。)
