Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities: 

• Product development, product sourcing, project management, and order processing
• Co-ordination with third parties on quality control, regulatory and testing compliance
• Follow up on sample development, mass production and basic logistics planning
• Arrange tests, inspection and shipment after production
• Follow up with customers and suppliers on enquiries and requests in an efficient way
• Liaise with existing and develop new vendors to ensure a smooth and faultless operation
• Monitor the work timeline and ensure the samples/goods be ready per client's expectations
• Excel in a fast-paced environment: Demonstrate efficiency and responsibility while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Attend morning and evening development meetings with overseas clients if necessary
• Travelling if necessary
• Any ad-hoc duties when required

 Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma qualification or above
• At least 5 years solid merchandising experience
• Experience in development of fragrance, personal care products, accessories and gift sets will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese
• Highly self-motivated, good problem solving skills and able to multi-task
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and can-do attitude
