Job Responsibilities:
- Propose and monitor necessary improvements and modifications to existing building facilities as well as planned maintenance schedule
- Supervise technician and contractor to carry out daily maintenance work
- Prepare related reports, quotation and data entry for maintenance works
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Service Engineering / or equivalent
- At least 1 year's practical working experience in shopping centre
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Chinese word processing
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer.
