Senior HR Officer (C&B)

Responsibilities:

• Report to the HR Manager and with a focus on the C&B duties

• Handle monthly payroll, including payroll & sales commission calculation, final payment, bank reconciliation, MPF administration, tax filing

• Prepare HR-related statistics and cost allocation report

• Support the employee lifecycle by assisting with recruitment coordination, onboarding & offboarding procedure

• Maintain and update employee records within the HR Information System

• Assist in other C&B related projects, e.g. insurance renewal

• Assist in annual review including manpower planning, budget preparation, HR policy & salary revision etc.,

• Any other assigned tasks

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 to 5 years solid experience in payroll and MPF 

• Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related ordinances

• Experience in Macau payroll and social security handling is a plus

• Strong numeric sense with high accuracy and efficiency

• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

• Immediately available will be an advantage
