職位描述

Job Highlights

  • Provides a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support including but not limited to extensive business and personal matters
  • Can work under pressure and overtime
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and resolve issues
  • Organize business, social activities & travel arrangements
  • Prepares reports, correspondences, speech and presentation materials


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to CEO
  • Support any other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company
  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the CEO - Project Management including business appointments, record management, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned
  • Maintain and manage a long-lasting relationship with stakeholders and partners


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field
  • 3 years working experience in serving senior management
  • Flight attendant experience preferred
  • Requires full time availability with flexible hours
  • Excellent command of English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Travel is required
