Receptionist 前台接待員
職位職責:
以專業友好的態度接待和協助訪客,確保留下良好的第一印象;
及時、禮貌地接聽、篩選和轉接來電;
管理會議室預訂與安排,為訪客及高層管理人員準備茶點;
處理日常郵件、快遞服務及報刊雜誌分發;
始終保持前台區域整潔、有序、美觀;
協調辦公用品、茶水間物資及文具的採購與補充;
必要時為公司活動與會議提供行政支持;
完成上級安排的其他臨時工作任務。
職位要求:
至少2年前台接待或行政相關工作經驗;
精通普通話、英語及粵語(口語與書面);
熟練操作MS Office(Word、Excel、PPT)及中文文書處理;
做事條理清晰、注重細節、積極主動,具備較強的問題解決能力;
優秀的溝通及人際交往能力,具備客戶服務意識;
可立即到崗者優先考慮;

Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression;
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously;
Manage meeting room bookings and arrangements; prepare refreshments for guests and senior management;
Handle daily mail, courier services, newspapers, and magazine distribution;
Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area at all times;
Coordinate procurement and replenishment of office, pantry, and stationery supplies;
Provide administrative support for company events and activities when required;
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant reception or administrative experience;
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (spoken and written);
Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset;
Immediately available is highly preferred;
