一、岗位职责描述Job description
1. 负责公司业务的营销推广和渠道开发；
Responsible for the marketing and channel development of the company's business ;
2．收集并整理目标客户的需求；
Collect and organize the needs of target customers;
3. 定期回访客户并提供优质的客户服务；
Regularly return to customers and provide quality customer service;
4. 完成业务指标，定期向上级提交客户意见与汇报进展情况。
Completion of business indicators, regular submission of customer comments and reporting progress to superiors.

二、任职条件Requirements
1. 本科以上学历，金融学相关专业优先；
Bachelor degree or above, major in finance is preferred；
2. 具有较强的英语能力；
Possess strong English skills.
3. 对国际金融市场有一定的了解，熟悉金融行业的法规和相关政策；
Have a certain understanding of the international financial market, familiar with the regulations and related policies of the financial industry;
4. 有责任感，工作严谨细致，学习能力强，敏锐快捷的市场反应能力及较强的风险意识；
Responsibility, rigorous and meticulous work, strong learning ability, sharp and quick market response ability and strong risk awareness;
5.  具有良好的行业资源和客户资源者优先考虑。
Good industry resources and customer resources are preferred.
