Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market insights within the product domain and collaborate with various departments to complete product planning and updates.

2.Oversee product requirements management by collecting feedback from various channels, analyzing, validating, and prioritizing needs while overseeing risks in the product definition and execution process.

3. Research and evaluate the existing product market, independently supplementing and expanding the product line as necessary.

4. Manage the new product development process, establish procedural policies, review, and assist the product manager in executing relevant policies.

5. Assist internal personnel with product knowledge training to enhance overall awareness.

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, proficiency in English as a working language is required. Experience in telecommunications, consumer electronics, or FMCG is preferred.

2. 3 years of relevant experience in product planning, user research, or industry research, with a solid understanding of the product development process and strong resource integration skills.

3. Strong market sensitivity and insight, with a clear understanding of product and market positioning.

4. Possess innovative spirit, execution ability, resilience under pressure, and document management skills. Excellent communication skills, a sense of responsibility, and a spirit of teamwork are essential.

5. Willing to business travel.
