Senior Merchandiser/Merchandiser

Requirements: -

•         Minimum 8 years relevant experience in product development/sourcing, preferably with experience of high-quality metal gift & premium

•         Good communication, a self-motivated good team player with initiative to work under pressure.

•         Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

•         High competency level in MS Office applications

Job Description

Main Duties

•         Drives product innovation and quality with suppliers through in-depth understanding of production processes and product requirements.

•         Management of Supply Chain and ensuring the most cost-efficient methods are used.

•         Troubleshoot cost, quality and delivery concerns.

•         Monitor supplier and vendor compliance with contractual agreements

•         Ensure all purchasing activities are in line with the company’s policy and continuously drive improvement in all areas

•         Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers

•         Manage customer service, direct contact with customers to ensure orders are executed according to customers’ specification, expectations and deadline
