職位描述

Our client is a branch office of a bank. They are seeking a receptionist to join their administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors and visitors’ registration professionally, controlling door access and maintaining visitor card records
  • Handle incoming calls, mail, fax and courier at the reception desk
  • Serve drinks to the top management, guests and visitors when required
  • Maintain conference room booking record and allocation report. And keep cleanliness and tidiness in the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Ensure office equipment and facilities in conference rooms and pantries are kept in order
  • Responsible for inventory checking and order of office supplies, including office facilities, stationery, pantry materials, dispatch of mail and postal matter
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, for example, verify invoices and arrange monthly payments
  • Provide support to the Supervisor as and when required
  • Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in office reception and administrative duties
  • Adequate command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Responsible, detail-minded, presentable, pleasant , with good customer service ability
  • Good command of MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
