Senior Finance Manager (Capital Projects)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in capital operations project, building Financial Analysis and Decision Models. Advise on the feasibility and financial impacts of investments and make recommendations on improving financial position of the company
• Liaise with professional parties including auditors, financial advisors and investment bankers for various projects, identify potential investment and financing opportunities to maximize the benefits to the company
• Support the management by preparing regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting for management’s decision. Details of work include research and studies on any specific topics as instructed by the management; feasibility study of different projects; budgeting and cash flow forecast

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance or related majors. Holders of HKICPA, CFA are preferred.
• 6-8 years of accounting and auditing experience, preferably with one of the Big 4 accounting firms
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
