BIM Coordinator / BIM Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates and libraries
• Assistant to development BIM workflow
• Provide technical support to project teams in application of BIM
• Perform clash detection, drawing production and assist in coordination meetings
• Collaborate and coordinate with clients and other professionals
• Production training course materials and standards manual

Requirements:

• Degree/ Higher diploma holder or above in architecture, structure, engineering, building services or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years project experience with 1-2 years practical experience in BIM projects
• Associate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM) is preferred
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Fuzor, ArchiCAD, BIM360
• Experience in 5D BIM will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Self-motivated, independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant BIM Coordinator
