IT Support

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and maintain the IT equipment such as Windows/Linux servers, network switches, firewall, Wi-Fi router…etc.
• Monitor the system and the network.
• Install, manage, and maintain various servers and network equipment.
• Update network and system documents.
• Inventory and IT resources management.
• Daily operation and end-users’ support.
• Work in Central.
• 5 Days work.

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above with at least two years of working experience in technical support and networking
• Good knowledge in TCP/IP, firewall and network switch configuration.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Windows-based operating system.
• Solid experience with Microsoft O365.
• Independent, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with good skill in problem-solving.
• Qualification of MCSE or CCNA are preferable.
