System Analyst

Job Description:

• Responsible for system analysis, application design and software development throughout the system development lifecycle;

• Collect & analyze user requirements and translate requirements into system specifications;

• Lead the maintenance team to deliver the application within the defined schedule, ensuring high quality code and adherence to coding standards. Prepare technical documentation;

• Lead the maintenance team in conducting SIT, provide support during UAT, and lead the production rollout to ensure a smooth implementation.

• Actively interface with client in user meetings, system testing and trainings

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent；

• 5 years+ solid technical experience in application development, software customization, system enhancement, and IT quality control procedures；

• Experience in government project and familiar with government IT standards, IT policies

guidelines, templates and tools is an advantage；

• Strong programming skill and practical experience with Microsoft .NET Framework (C#), Java, or JavaScript framework in Web programming；

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work efficiently and meet project schedules
