Finance Manager

Gangyu Smart Urban Services Holding Limited has been listed on the Mainboard of HKEx (Stock Code: 265) for over 10 years. With solid financial profile and exciting developments, we are now seeking a strong all rounded candidate to take the business forward.

Job Responsibilities:

(1) Oversee local and overseas entity reporting and group-level consolidation.

(2) Prepare financial statements and annual reports in compliance with HKFRS standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

(3) Develop month-end and year-end reporting templates to facilitate disclosure notes for compliance.

(4) Address complex accounting issues, coordinating with internal teams and external professionals to finalize audit valuation reports.

(5) Manage statutory filings for the Group.

(6) Prepare tax computations and handle statutory tax filings.

(7) Ensure adherence to HKFRS and Group policies, maintaining strong internal controls and effective risk management practices.

(8) Undertake ad hoc assignments and provide support for special projects as needed.

Key Qualifications：

(1) Professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent).

(2) A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in auditing and financial/managerial reporting, with at least 3 years at a managerial level; experience in a listed company is preferred.

(3) Familiarity with Hong Kong statutory reporting and listing rules.

(4) Proficient in Microsoft Office.

(5) Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese preferred.

(6) Immediate availability is a significant advantage.
