Position Summary:

Finance Director is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization. This includes strategic planning, financial reporting, compliance and risk management. We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in multinational environments, outstanding leadership capabilities and a strategic mindset to support our ongoing growth and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial policies aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives; lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Establish, optimize and enforce internal financial controls and procedures; ensure timely and accurate financial reporting compliant with local regulations; oversee internal audits and compliance across regional offices.
• Performance Management and Analysis: Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs); conduct in-depth analysis to identify risks and opportunities; provide actionable insights and recommendations to executive management.
• Cash Flow and Capital Management: Manage cash flow, banking relationships and capital structure; optimize liquidity, financing and investment activities to enhance capital efficiency.
• Tax and Regulatory Affairs: Lead tax planning and compliance efforts across Hong Kong, the United States, Dubai and Mainland China; coordinate external audits and serve as the primary point of contact for tax authorities.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and continuously strengthen a high-performing finance team; foster a culture of professionalism, rigor and accountability.
• Risk Management: Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• External Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with auditors, financial institutions, investors and regulatory bodies; provide strategic financial advice to the Board of Directors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.
• Professional Certification: CPA, CFA or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of senior financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a multinational corporation; experience in the electronics distribution industry is a plus.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory requirements; familiarity with US, Dubai and Mainland China accounting standards and regulations is advantageous.
• Core Competencies: Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, compliance, and cross-border financial management.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

崗位職責

• 財務策略與規劃：制定並執行與公司整體策略一致的財務方針；領導年度預算、預測及長期財務規劃。
• 財務報告與合規：制定、優化並執行內部財務制度及流程；確保財務報表準時、準確編製，符合所有在地法規；督導各地營運據點的內部監控及合規執行。
• 績效管理與分析：監控關鍵財務指標 (KPIs)；進行深度分析以識別風險與機遇，並向高管層提供具體改善建議。
• 現金流與資本管理：全面管理現金流量、銀行關係及資本結構；優化流動資金、融資和投資活動，提升資金使用效率。
• 稅務與監管事務：統籌香港、美國、迪拜及中國內地的稅務規劃與合規；協調外部審計並作為主要稅務溝通窗口。
• 團隊領導與發展：建立、指導並持續強化高績效財務團隊；培養專業、嚴謹的部門文化。
• 風險管理：建立完善的內部監控與風險管理框架，識別及降低財務風險。
• 對外關係維護：作為與審計師、金融機構、投資者及監管單位的首要聯絡人；向董事會提供策略性財務建議。

任職要求

• 學歷：財務、會計、經濟或相關學科學士學位（MBA碩士優先）。
• 專業資格：具備 CPA、CFA 等專業會計資格。
• 經驗：至少10年高級財務職位經驗，其中至少5年於跨國企業任職，有電子產品流通領域經驗優先。
• 專業知識：熟悉香港的會計準則與監管法規；瞭解美國、迪拜及中國內地會計準則與監管法規優先。
• 核心能力：具備財務規劃、匯報、合規及跨境財務管理的實戰經驗。
• 領導與溝通：卓越的領導、溝通及持份者管理能力。
• 語言：精通英文及中文 (包括普通話及粵語)。
