岗位职责:

Work location is in Dongguan city of Guangdong province.

Experienced in facing customers of luxury and gifting and experienced in looking for relevant materials.

1、端到端材料开发 End-to-End Material Development:

(1)根据设计团队(美国/法国/中国)和开发人员的需求、成本目标及技术要求(如耐用性、可印刷性、环保可持续性,克重等),寻找并评估面料/材料(梭织、针织、合成、,毛料,皮革,环保材料等)。

(2)验证材料加工及生产工艺(如染色、涂层、复合,环保性),确保可行性和质量一致性。

(3)每季度提供市场最新材料色卡,样板和初步单价给美国/法国设计部。

2、成本及供应链优化:

(1)分析材料成本、最小起订量(MOQ)及生产周期,确保符合预算且不***质量。

(2)利用现有可靠供应商网络(面料厂、辅料供应商),拓展资源以丰富采购渠道。

(3)提供材料初步价格和打样费用供开发人员进一步确认和议价参考。

(4)与不同供应商及工厂协商及对比,取得合理优惠价钱和供应商信息, 并寻找成本节约的可能性,反馈给开发部门。

3、跨部门协作:

(1)使用英语(邮件、电话、技术文档)与海外设计团队日常沟通,解读趋势、解决材料问题并提供备选方案。

(2)与生产团队合作,评估生产限制(如裁剪、缝制),并提出调整建议。

(3)根据开发要求安排开发中产品的物料打样,协调工厂按要求加工处埋物料,如数码印刷,丝印,染色,贴布底等。

(4)及时提出物料潜在问题给开发跟单员,以便销售/客户及时知晓。

(5)配合开发人员提供物料认证文件并符合测试要求。

4、开发中材料的颜色管理:

(1)与设计部沟通,配合修改artwork效果和颜色到符合开发/客户的要求。

(2)到工厂调色,看色以达至所需效果和颜色。

5、趋势与创新:

(1)研究全球包袋/配饰领域的CMF(色彩、材料、表面处理)趋势,重点关注促销产品的商业可行性。

(2)推荐创新且成本效益高的材料(如再生面料、轻量化合成材料)。

6、供应商及时间管理:

(1)与供应商谈判沟通,确保样品交付、码料生产及质量争议解决。

(2)严格遵守开发时间节点,确保按时交付以配合设计开发周期。

(3)跟进材料打样进度并和开发人员及时沟通,以确保样品质量和交期。

7、安排开发物料采购员工作以配合日常开发。

8、积极参与和配合跨部门工作中的其他事项,优化工作流程,提高效率。

9、负责团队工作流程及日常费用监管,下属团队年度工作目标执行评估。

Job Description:

End-to-End Material Development:

(1) Based on the demands, cost targets and technical requirements (such as durability, printability, environmental sustainability, weight, etc.) of the design team (US/France/China) and developers, identify and evaluate fabrics/materials (woven, knitted, synthetic, woolen, leather, eco-friendly materials, etc.).

(2) Verify the material processing and production techniques (such as dyeing, coating, lamination, and environmental friendliness) to ensure feasibility and quality consistency.

(3) Provide the latest material color cards, samples and preliminary unit prices of the market to the design departments in the United States/France every quarter.

2. Cost and Supply Chain Optimization

Analyze material costs, minimum order quantity (MOQ), and production cycles to ensure they are within budget and do not compromise on quality.

(2) Utilize the existing reliable supplier network (fabric factories, accessory suppliers) to expand resources and enrich the procurement channels.

(3) Provide the initial prices of materials and sample-making fees for developers to further confirm and negotiate prices for reference.

(4) Negotiate and compare with different suppliers and factories to obtain reasonable preferential prices and supplier information, and explore possibilities for cost savings, which are then fed back to the development department.

3. Cross-departmental collaboration

(1) Communicate daily with overseas design teams in English (via email, phone, and technical documents), interpret trends, solve material issues, and provide alternative solutions.

(2) Work with the production team to assess production constraints (such as cutting and sewing) and propose adjustment suggestions.

(3) Arrange material sampling for products under development in accordance with development requirements, and coordinate with factories to process and dispose of materials as required, such as digital printing, screen printing, dyeing, and fabric backing, etc.

(4) Promptly raise potential material issues to the development order-following staff so that sales/customers can be informed in a timely manner.

(5) Cooperate with developers to provide material certification documents and ensure they meet the testing requirements.

4. Color management of materials under development:

Communicate with the design department and cooperate to modify the artwork effect and color to meet the requirements of the development/client.

(2) Go to the factory for color matching and color observation to achieve the desired effect and color.

5. Trends and Innovations

(1) Study the CMF (Color, Material, Surface Treatment) trends in the global bag/accessory field, with a focus on the commercial feasibility of promotional products.

(2) Recommend innovative and cost-effective materials (such as recycled fabrics and lightweight synthetic materials).

6. Supplier and Time Management:

(1) Negotiate and communicate with suppliers to ensure sample delivery, material production and resolution of quality disputes.

(2) Strictly adhere to the development time nodes to ensure on-time delivery to match the design and development cycle.

(3) Follow up on the progress of material sampling and communicate with developers in a timely manner to ensure sample quality and delivery time.

7. Arrange the work of the development material purchaser to support the daily development.

8. Actively participate in and cooperate with other matters in cross-departmental work, optimize work processes, and enhance efficiency.

9. Be responsible for the supervision of the team's work processes and daily expenses, as well as the annual work target implementation assessment of subordinate teams.

 任职要求:

1、5年以上箱包、配饰或软性车缝产品领域的纺织材料开发/材料采购经验,拥有成熟悉的供应商资资源。

2、优先考虑条件:

(1)有包袋,时款袋,促销品袋,品牌衍生品(如热转印、刺绣等印花工艺)相关经验。

(2)熟悉可持续发展认证(如GRS,RCS、BCI,RWS, OEKO-TEX等)。

3、(1)具备专业技能:深入了解面料加工工艺(织造/针织技术、PU皮革,各种辅料,后加工工艺)及成本构成因素(如纱线类型、染色方法,涂层,再生环保性能)。对材料质感,成分组成,颜色,物料认证,再生环保,测试要求等方面有扎实的经验和知识;

(2)懂美学与功能平衡:能够将趋势与实用性结合(如品牌要求的色牢度、Logo的耐磨性,促销用途的抗撕裂性等)。

4、软技能:思维敏捷的问题解决者,具备优秀的谈判能力、进度管理能力及注重细节。

5、英语能作为工作语言,熟悉各办公软件。

Job Requirements

More than 5 years of experience in the development and procurement of textile materials in the fields of luggage, accessories or soft sewing products, with familiar supplier resources.

2. Priority conditions:

Have relevant experience in bags, fashion bags, promotional bags, and brand derivatives (such as heat transfer printing, embroidery and other printing techniques).

(2) Familiar with sustainable development certifications (such as GRS, RCS, BCI, RWS, OEKO-TEX, etc.).

3. (1) Possess professional skills: Have a deep understanding of fabric processing techniques (weaving/knitting technology, PU leather, various auxiliary materials, post-processing techniques) and cost components (such as yarn types, dyeing methods, coatings, and recycling and environmental protection performance).Have solid experience and knowledge in aspects such as material texture, composition, color, material certification, recycling and environmental protection, and testing requirements;

(2) Understand the balance between aesthetics and functionality: Be capable of integrating trends with practicality (such as the color fastness required by brands, the wear resistance of logos, and the tear resistance for promotional purposes, etc.).

4. Soft Skills: Quick-witted problem solver, with excellent negotiation skills, progress management ability and attention to detail.

5. English can be used as a working language and be familiar with various office software.
