Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager

主要工作職責：

• 負責集團每月月結工作， 包括合併報表及相關的財務和管理報告的編制及分析；
• 負責中期審閱､年終法定審計和內部審計，包括編制審計套表及上市公司財務報告；
• 負責國資委“久其”決算報表編制；
• 負責集團年度預算編制及財務分析；
• 協助專項任務和項目。

任職要求：

• 大學本科及以上學歷，財務管理相關專業，具有香港會計師公會或特許公認會計師公會會員資格；
• 具有5年會計工作經驗，其中具備中國會計及上市公司工作經驗, 具有審計工作經驗優先考慮；
• 具有深入廣泛的高級財務會計、合併報告的知識；
• 了解國資委報告制度（國資委“久其”系統）並具有中國國有企業工作經驗者優先；
• 具備出色的多工執行能力和項目管理技能；
• 具有良好的分析、溝通和人際交往能力；
• 具有較強的英文和中文（包括普通話和粵語）口語和書寫能力；
• 偶爾需要前往中國內地出差；
• 能立即工作者優先考慮。

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for group level month-end closing, including preparation of group consolidation and all relevant financial & management reporting and analysis;
• Responsible for interim review, year end statutory audit and internal audit, including in preparation of audit schedules and financial report;
• Responsible for preparation of SASAC (國資委“久其”) account schedule and reporting;
• Reprehensible for group annual budget preparation and financial analysis;
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements:

• University graduates in Accounting; or equivalent, with HKICPA/ACCA qualification;
• 5 years accounting experience, of which with PRC accounting and listed company experience, with audit experience is preferred;
• In-depth broad-based knowledge of advanced financial accounting, consolidation reporting concepts;
• Knowledge of the SASAC reporting system (國資委“久其”) and experience with PRC state-owned companies will be a plus;
• A Multi-task performer with strong project management skills;
• An Analytical mind with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong command in both spoken and written in English and Chinese(both Mandarin & Cantonese);
• Occasionally travel to Mainland China is required; and
